Filter Sizing

If you purchased along with filter cube, the filters (Ex, Em, Dic) will be cut to the size can be fitted into the filter cube.

If only the Filters are purchased, it will coming with below sizes by default:

  • dia25x6mm (mounted, excitation filter)
  • 36x25x1,1mm (unmounted, dichroic mirror)
  • dia25x3.5mm (mounted, emission filter)

Filter Cube Installation

If you purchased the Whole set of filters and Filter cube from us. All the filters will be installed inside the cube. You can put into your filter turrent and use it directly.

This filter set is designed for fluorophores that absorb green-yellow light and emit in the yellow-orange region. This combination is precisely matched to excite dyes efficiently while cleanly separating the longer-wavelength emission signal.Filter Specifications:

  • Excitation Filter (Ex): Bandpass 530/30 nm (transmits light from 515 nm to 545 nm)
  • Emission Filter (Em): Bandpass 575/40 nm (transmits light from 555 nm to 595 nm)
  • Dichroic Mirror (DM): Reflects 450-540 nm / Transmits 560-650 nm

Intended for use with:

  • Alexa Fluor 532 (peak excitation/emission is around 532/554 nm)
  • R-Phycoerythrin (PE)
