Filter Sizing

If you purchased along with filter cube, the filters (Ex, Em, Dic) will be cut to the size can be fitted into the filter cube.

If only the Filters are purchased, it will coming with below sizes by default:

  • dia25x6mm (mounted, excitation filter)
  • 36x25x1,1mm (unmounted, dichroic mirror)
  • dia25x3.5mm (mounted, emission filter)

Filter Cube Installation

If you purchased the Whole set of filters and Filter cube from us. All the filters will be installed inside the cube. You can put into your filter turrent and use it directly.

This filter set is designed for fluorophores that absorb yellow-orange light and emit in the red spectral region. This configuration provides highly specific spectral isolation, making it ideal for the popular Alexa Fluor 594 dye, as well as classic red fluorophores.

Filter Specifications:

  • Excitation Filter (Ex): Bandpass 580/25 nm (transmits light from 567.5 nm to 592.5 nm)
  • Emission Filter (Em): Bandpass 625/30 nm (transmits light from 610 nm to 640 nm)
  • Dichroic Mirror (DM): Reflects 500-590 nm / Transmits 610-700 nm

  • Alexa Fluor 594 (Ex=590nm, Em=617nm)
  • Teaxs Red (Ex=595nm, Em=615nm)
