#[SO3140016] UV/Blue Filter Set - Ex:BP335/30nm, Em:BP460/35nm

This filter set is engineered for fluorophores that absorb in the ultraviolet-A (UV-A) region and emit in the blue-violet spectral region. The design offers an excellent balance of excitation power and emission collection, making it highly effective for classic xanthene-based dyes and other common probes, specifically those whose excitation maximum is around 340 nm and emission maximum is near 460 nm. This configuration is widely used for observing cellular structures and performing ratiometric measurements.
