我们将评估此案，并采取以下措施：

• 提供替代品，或
  发放退款（无论是否要求退回商品）。
• 如果确认是卖家的过错，退货运费将由卖家承担。

• 除非退货是由于卖家的过错，否则运费、关税和税款均不予退还。
