• 买家需承担所有退货运费。
• 商品必须未使用过，保持原状，并带有原包装。
• 退款将在收到退回商品并经检验后发放。

3. 卖家过错（商品有缺陷/发错/损坏）

如果退货是由于卖家错误造成的（产品有缺陷、发错货或运输过程中损坏）：

请提供清晰的证据（照片或视频）来证明问题所在。

我们将评估此案，并采取以下措施：

• 提供替代品，或
  发放退款（无论是否要求退回商品）。
• 如果确认是卖家的过错，退货运费将由卖家承担。

4. 重要提示

• 退回的商品需经过检验后方可获得退款批准。
• 除非退货是由于卖家的过错，否则运费、关税和税款均不予退还。
• 未经授权的退货将不予受理。
