Processing Time
Stocked (Catalog) Products
Orders for stocked (catalog) products will be shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation and payment receipt.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
For customized products (including new coating projects or special specifications), shipment will normally be arranged within 4–8 weeks after order confirmation, depending on production schedule and technical requirements.
Possible Shipping Delays
Shipment dates may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- International or local public holidays
- Customs clearance procedures
- Transportation disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Global events or force majeure circumstances
In such cases, delivery times may be extended accordingly.
Shipping Method & Tracking Information
To reduce shipping costs, orders are shipped using an End-to-End logistics method, which includes:
- First mile: international freight transport
- Last mile: domestic courier delivery to the final destination
Tracking numbers will become active once the parcel is handed over to the local (last-mile) courier.
It is normal to experience a 3–5 calendar day delay between dispatch from our facility and the first visible tracking update, even though the shipment has already left our warehouse.
