How To Order

Instructions for ordering on our site are outlined below:

Step 1

You can use the search bar in the center of our homepage to search for the filter you need.

You can search the keyword including: CWL, FWHM, OD or Application.

Step 2

After you find the suitable product, click "add to cart" or "buy it now"

Step 3

Fill the information in checkout page and click complete order.

*notice you do not need to make payment immediately.

You will get an invoice from us for later payment.

Step 4

An order notification email will send to your inbox right after you placed the order.

We will soon send you further details about how to proceed the payment.

Order FAQs

  • Shipment

    By default, shipment is a flat rate of $35 to the worldwide.

    For order value over $300, the shipment will be free.

    Usually it will take 1-5 days before we make the shipment to you.

    • (Upon received your purchase order or received payment)

  • Return and Refund

    All the items purchased from us are eligible for a 7 days no reason return.

    • Return shipping cost will be undertaken by client. (for no reason return)

    If you find the filter is defective, you will have a 2 weeks window to start a return request.

    • Returning pickup will be $35 per request.

  • Payment Options

    For payment terms we have below options:

    1. Pay before shipment: You can pay to us before the shipment is made. And you can request for raw data of the filter product you want to order.

    2. After Pay: You can pay to us after you received the item. The after pay option is only available for order under $100. And we may ask you for purchase order from your company. (or organization)
