Review the item in cart then click "Checkout"

And if you have store credit or coupon code, you can also apply here.

Order FAQs

  • Shipment

    By default, shipment is a flat rate of $25 - $35 to the worldwide.

    For order value over $300, the shipment will be free.

    Usually it will take 1-5 days before we make the shipment to you.

    • (Upon received your purchase order or received payment)

  • Return and Refund

    All the stocked items purchased from us are eligible for a 7 days no reason return.

    • Return shipping cost will be undertaken by client. (for no reason return)

    If you find the item is defective, you will have a 2 weeks window to start a return request.

    • Returning pickup will be $35 per request.

  • Payment Options

    For payment terms we have below options:

    1. Online Payment: You can use credit card and Apple Pay, Google Pay for the payment.

    2. NET7 Payment: For commercial companies, you can request for a NET7 payment term (Pay within 7days after receiving the item)

    3. NET30 Payment: For academic organization, you can request for a NET30 payment term (Pay within 30 days after receiving the item)
