This LPDM310 longpass dichroic mirror is designed to reflect deep ultraviolet (UV) light from 200–300 nm while transmitting a broad spectrum of visible and near-infrared light from 320–800 nm.
It is suitable for UV-induced fluorescence spectroscopy, semiconductor inspection, and photolithography systems. It helps separate beams by wavelength, effectively reflecting shorter-wavelength UVC and UVB radiation while allowing the visible and NIR signal to pass through to the detector with high efficiency.
