Filter Sizing

If you purchased along with filter cube, the filters (Ex, Em, Dic) will be cut to the size can be fitted into the filter cube.

If only the Filters are purchased, it will coming with below sizes by default:

  • dia25x6mm (mounted, excitation filter)
  • 36x25x1,1mm (unmounted, dichroic mirror)
  • dia25x3.5mm (mounted, emission filter)

Filter Cube Installation

If you purchased the Whole set of filters and Filter cube from us. All the filters will be installed inside the cube. You can put into your filter turrent and use it directly.

This filter set is engineered for fluorophores that absorb green-yellow light and emit orange-red light. This configuration is an excellent match for the Alexa Fluor 546 dye, offering narrow-band excitation and emission to maximize signal quality.

  • Excitation Filter (Ex): Bandpass 545/25 nm (transmits light from 532.5 nm to 557.5 nm)
  • Emission Filter (Em): Bandpass 590/30 nm (transmits light from 575 nm to 605 nm)
