This filter set is engineered for yellow-orange excitation and deep red emission. The configuration provides a high-contrast view for numerous popular fluorophores that absorb light around 560 nm and emit in the 635 nm region. This is an excellent general-purpose set for many bright-red and far-red dyes, ensuring exceptional spectral isolation and minimal background fluorescence.
