    Hard-clad Silica Multimode Fiber

    • Low-hydroxy or high-hydroxy hard-clad silica multimode fiber has good performance and transmission for use in the UV to near-IR (180-1100nm for high-hydroxy) or visible to near-IR (400-2500nm for low-hydroxy).
      The fiber has a double cladding design (TECS on the fluorine-doped silica layer) to improve dynamic performance (especially when the fiber is bent). It also increases the strength of the fiber and reduces static fatigue.
      The strong bonding of the quartz and TECS cladding avoids slippage or decoupling, providing a more stable terminal.
      This type of fiber has been used in many fields such as spectroscopy, laser, medical, laser, industrial sensor monitoring, etc.
